Following an initial customer enquiry we would generally conduct a free of charge on-site survey to ascertain the clients needs and requirements. An Oftec T1/133D Risk assessment will be completed to ensure compliance with the current Building Regulations, Oftec standards and Environment Agency guidelines.
Advice and installation requirements will be given followed by a written quotation and all works are backed by a 12 month guarantee and manufacturers warranty as applicable.
